Welcome to the home of Like Wise music!

Take a couple guitars, a drum set, a whole lot of love, and just a little bit of whiskey, and you've got something starting to resemble Like Wise.

Since 2008, Like Wise has been spreading across the San Francisco Bay Area like wildfire. The band held down regular performances at venues in Livermore, Stockton, Brentwood, and everywhere in between since. They have played shows with many popular bands such as The Atom Age, Love Made Lions, and many more.

Like Wise is an original rock and roll band. If you are like most, you are probably asking yourself, "What, exactly, does that mean?" Original Rock and Roll means original music that blends many different styles resulting in a unique voice that they like to call Like Wise Styley!

The bands influences include: Van Halen, Pepper, Avenged Sevenfold, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sublime, Bowie, Nirvana, Guns N Roses (the REAL guns, not Axl's goons,) Queen, Tupac, Biggie, Del, and lots more.

Meet the band

Matt Hanks - vocals, guitar, acoustic.

Matt Hanks is the guitar man. Eating, sleeping, and thinking guitar, Hanks is the name that makes your face melt. With soaring solos and gentle licks, he'll bring the heart wherever you need it.

Clayton Taylor - vocals, bass guitar, acoustic.

Clayton Taylor's got the Bass in your face. He's the guy you feel sneaking up through your heels and into your chest. 'Nough said.

Andrew Malinowski (2011-present) - drums, acoustic.

Give this guy a box of fireworks and he'll blow that sh*t up. Give this guy a drum set and, well, he'll blow that sh*t up! Reuniting with Matt and Clayton for the first time since In My Shoes' untimely end in 2007, Andrew "AJ" Malinowski's return to the show circuit rounds Like Wise into a power house the likes of which the world has never seen.

Daniel Mullen (2008-2011) - drums.

Daniel "The Drum Manual" Mullen is a force to be reckoned with. For years, Daniel tore up the stage behind the boys with wicked fills and razor-sharp crashes and rides that were nothing short of mind-bottling. In 2011, Mr. Mullen parted ways with the band, but continues to be one of the most skilled drummers in the SF bay area.
